We’re looking for talented UGC creators to help us tell the world about Instance. You’ll work with us as a freelancer, producing short-form content that gets and keeps the attention of millions of people.

This role is perfect for you if you already have a significant following on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, know how to make UGC content that goes viral, and want to help shape the future of software.

What you'll do:

• You’ll create up to 7 engaging short-form videos per week

  • Refine and execute one-off videos from a pool of briefs

  • Come up with your own concepts

  • Script, shoot, edit, and post the videos

• You’ll iterate on formats and improve over time

  • Measure and report engagement (likes, shares, comments, watch time)

  • Experiment with different hooks, styles, and formats

  • Stay on top of trends, experiment with, and suggest ideas for formats

You'll thrive in this role if you…

• Already have a significant Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube following

• Have had some of your content go viral

• Know how to create engaging content from beginning to end

• Convince us you really want to work with us

Process

Here’s how the application process works:

• Step 1: Submit your application and portfolio

  Tell us why you’re a fit, provide us with URLs to your videos that went viral, and share your Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube profiles

• Step 2: Create your first short-form video series

  If there’s a match, we’ll ask you to create a series of short-form videos within a week

• Step 3: Start working on an ongoing basis

  If we’re impressed, we’ll start working together on an ongoing basis, invite you to coaching sessions, UGC creator exchanges, etc.

Compensation

• €30 per short-form video

• €1,000 bonus for every million views
