About your team

You’ll join a cross-functional product team that cares deeply about creating a world-class learning experience. As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll design thoughtful, impactful features across web and mobile that help learners build confidence, skills, and momentum on their coding journey.

You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers, owning design from early exploration through launch and iteration.

What you’ll be doing

• You design end-to-end. You take features from problem definition and ideation through execution, release, and iteration.

• You set our visual direction. You have strong visual taste and ensure clarity, hierarchy, and high design standards across the product.

• You design for real people. You combine UX, visual, and interaction design to create intuitive, human-centered experiences, with a strong focus on web design.

• You work data-informed. You use qualitative insights and quantitative signals to understand user behavior and make better design decisions.

• You deliver high-quality features. You collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are executed with a high standard of quality, usability, and polish.

You’ll thrive in this role if

• You’re a seasoned product designer. You have 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products and know how to turn complex problems into elegant, usable solutions for web (and ideally mobile as well).

• You have strong visual taste. You can confidently define and evolve visual direction through your own design decisions.

• You design with learners at the center. You’re comfortable talking to learners and like to use data to guide your design decisions.

• You actively seek feedback. You invite input from your team and use it to continuously improve the quality of your work.

• You’re curious about new tools. You actively experiment with AI and emerging tools, integrating them into your workflow to improve how you design and build products.

How we work

• We work best in UTC ±0 to +3. It helps us collaborate smoothly and move fast.

• If you're outside that range, we’ll support your move to Austria with relocation and a work permit.

• You can work from home, join us at our Vienna HQ, or use a co-working stipend wherever you are.

• We love working async. We trust you to set your own schedule and do your best work.
